TBT is a buy

Hi All,

Aug 19, 2010, TLT - iShares Barclays 20+ Yr Treas.Bond closed today at 106.16 up by more than 5% in the last 5 trading session. I think market is over reacting and buying more long dated Treasuries. But we are no where near a bubble.

However due to the recent surge in long dated Treasuries, the bear fund on long dated Treasuries are becoming very attractive.

TBT closed today at 31.62 and TMV closed today at 34.40. Both are OK to start buying. Even it may go lower as equity correction is not yet complete, it is good to start accumulating shares of TBT or TMV.

FAZ to hold / sell

TLT - iShares Barclays 20+ Yr Treas.Bond closed today at 106.16 up by more than 5% in the last 5 trading session.

Refer to my earlier article "FAZ is a buy" posted on August 5, 2010. FAZ closed at 13.28 on August 5, 2010. Today FAZ closed at 15.89 which is up by close to 20% (19.65).

FAZ is a buy

Hi All,

I have written an artcile on "FAZ is a buy". Aug 5, 2010, CBOE - Volatility Index (VIX) closed today at 22.10. This low level of fear gauge giving as a sell signal and to go long on bear ETFs.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X ETF (FAZ) closed today at 13.28. FAZ is good to start buying from this level due to .....
